Wernerts Corner Plaza highlights Evolution CRE’s expertise in repurposing a vacant property into a new and vibrant shopping center.

Evolution CRE acquired the former Farmer Jack property, a 55,000 sq. ft. grocery store located on heavily trafficked Laskey Road in Toledo, OH, with the goal of redeveloping the property into a multi-tenant mid-box development.

Evolution CRE managed all facets of the redevelopment from site planning and approvals through leasing and construction.

The new project, renamed Wernerts Corner Plaza, features a 30,000 sq. ft. Planet Fitness along with Save-A-Lot and NAPA Auto, and a proposed outlot development.
