DEVELOPMENT

This project illustrates Evolution CRE’s proficiency in ground up development. In 2018, Evolution CRE acquired 3.1 acres of land that was part of the long vacant former Novi Exposition center property in Novi, Michigan. From acquisition and finance, design and site plan approvals, construction management and turnover, Evolution CRE worked closely with PF Michigan Group to deliver a world-class, freestanding Planet Fitness.

The project involved working with adjacent property owners on easement agreements, site work logistics, etc.
