Kelly Zelenak

In her role as Real Estate Administrator, Kelly is responsible for providing executive-level support to ensure that all projects and developments are executed flawlessly. This includes managing required deadlines and timelines, and assisting in the resolution of issues within the real estate and construction departments. As Evolution’s main point of contact, her duties and extensive knowledge of the industry are invaluable.

Prior to joining Evolution CRE, Kelly spent over nine years at RPT Realty, a publicly traded national owner and operator of open-air shopping destinations. During her tenure at RPT, she supported company executives in the Development & Investments departments. 

For six years prior to her tenure at RPT Realty, she was the Executive Administrative Assistant for NA Berkowitz Development Group. 

Kelly is a graduate of Central Michigan University where she earned a Bachelor of Science  Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management.
