Art Nichols

Mr. Nichols joined Evolution CRE in 2010 as the Director of Construction. Art is highly experienced with a strong background in construction, remodeling, tenant buildouts, facility management, and maintenance. Since joining the team, he has worked closely with the company’s general contractors and has effectively coordinated the completion of the company’s redevelopment and ground up construction projects. Art’s most notable project was the recent completion of the company’s first ground up construction project – a 30,000 square foot free-standing Planet Fitness located in Novi, Michigan.  

Prior to joining Evolution CRE, he has served in various roles with PF Michigan Group, one of the largest independently owned Planet Fitness franchisees in the United States. In this capacity, he worked closely with architects on design and planning and managed the interior build out of more than 50 Planet Fitness health clubs located in Michigan and Ohio.
